To bring up the subject of another person, something someone else is doing, requests for further continuation of an unrelated project the caster does, or simply a request for a complete game change as ‘this is boring’ is, by all accounts, one of the most ignorant, block-headed things you can do.
It is reasons like this, along with the bile and crass attitude some chat-goers acquire when they feel they’ve attained ‘veteran’ status that pushes people away, both the content creator, and the people wishing to enjoy the material in question.
Welcome to the reason I don’t stream that much anymore. I know we’re all a crew but, when we stream solo, that’s why we’re doing - to stream solo.
This is a futile argument and I’m sure the people who like or reblog this are just going to turn around next week and keep talking about nonsensical topics, or OTP pairings or roleplaying in the chat and not really giving a fuck about what’s happening in the stream. We do it so we can show off or have fun with you guys. I mean, do you think tuning into a stream and focusing on talking about another internet “celebrity” makes the streamer feel any source of reward or acknowledgment?
Nope. Look, I know we’re, the ‘LNC’, are second banana to Cry, which is fine. I don’t hate Cry or anyone else for it but, c’mon man, no need to make us feel like that in our own personal internet content.
